We are currently seeking a Capital Engineering Manager for our North Victorian region to join our engineering leadership team. The role will focus on developing the sites’ 5-year capital plan and execute the annual capital program for both the Tatura and Strathmerton sites.
Reporting into the Group Engineering Manager, the Capital Engineering Manager will oversee the development and preparation of capital projects including budget, scope, schedule and equipment recommendations, ensure successful execution of capital projects and business investments and monitor trends in performance and implement improvements.

Additionally, you will have:
- Strong experience in Operations/Reliability and project management
- Demonstrable leadership experience in Dairy or Food capital programs
- A tertiary degree in an engineering discipline
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- FMCG & dairy experience (highly regarded)
