The opportunity

This full-time position is the most senior finance role within PCA, a division of the Bega Foods business unit, and provides financial leadership for PCA on all financial aspects. 


This position actively influences the achievement of planned growth & profitability objectives by leading key business process and working directly with PCA management.  Key accountabilities include leading and completing the budgeting and forecasting process, month end completion, providing insightful objective analysis and implementation of corrective actions, and ensuring adherence to company policies & procedures.

Additionally, you will have:

  • An accounting degree with CPA / CA postgraduate qualification
  • Significant relevant accounting experience demonstrating a strong application of financial and management accounting principles and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse financial performance and provide quality recommendations
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence key stakeholders
  • A demonstrated ability to report on time with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
  • An ability to lead and develop a team of professionals
