The opportunity

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an energetic commercial and strategic Finance Lead to join our Operational Excellence team.


Through engagement with the business units, the Finance Lead will support the implementation of sustainable integrated lean processes coupled to reduce waste, drive engagement and improve business outcomes.


This role will take control of all day to day financial management to ensure that business information for Operational Excellence including warehousing, logistics, procurement, capital and projects are visible, accurate and allow for timely strategic and commercial decisions.

Additionally, you will have:             

  • CA qualification
  • Proven experience in a role with a focus on business process improvement
  • A conceptual thinker with focus on innovation
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent commercial and business acumen
