The Bega Foods International Market Services team is seeking a Regional Coordinator to run the end-to-end process of export sales orders including processing customer enquiries, attending to matters such as customer complaints and quality issues and overseeing the activities of Market Services Officers. This role will also provide strategic support to the Regional Sales Managers through CRM and budget/sales target reviews as well as offer commercial market insights.
This is a great opportunity for a former senior or team leader within the export sales/international trade space to step up into a role that gives them further leadership opportunities.

Additionally you will have:
- Experience in customer service, export sales and international trade
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience, particularly with coordinating the workflow of team activity
- Fluent Mandarin language skills preferred (but not essential)
- Commercial acumen
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
