PCA Kingaroy operations are looking for a Value Add Shift 2IC, to support Shift Managers within the Value Add Food Plant. This exciting role presents the opportunity to not only be hands-on whilst supporting production demands but also be part of the Plant operations leadership team.
The candidate must thrive on a fast paced and dynamic environment. We are seeking forward thinking individuals, who have a safety first and can do attitude. The successful candidate will take the lead when required with exceptional organizational skills.
The role will be paid under the EBA, on an hourly basis, and the shifts will be on a rotational roster.
